about

I Can’t Say
A cathartic song about realising things haven’t turned out as you expected and it being time to move on, feeling used as a pawn in someone else’s pointless game is never a positive thing and generally provokes a howl at the face of existence. Stepping away from it however is a release. There’s nothing to lose take the jump into the unknown and move onward into the future. Recorded at Seed Studios and Bryn Elwy

lyrics

I Can't Say

I can’t say what I feel today
But when the wind does blow
It makes the branches sway

I can stay among this decay
With the carrion crow
That feels betrayed

Are we just clay
For the gods at play
And will all human toil just fade away

Like the leaves that fall
In the autumn rain
They have no choice and they feel no pain
