Maid Of The Grey
A fog filled dreamscape and lyrical trip through some dark recesses of the mind. I still don’t know what this one is actually about, but the dragon’s breath of the ‘spell of the making’ from Excalibur and Medusa are both involved as is the unseen thing that lurks. Colour is absent in dream fog and everything is monochrome. Faster and crunchier than the 45rpm single version. Recorded at Seed Studios and Bryn Elwy
